Special touches include horse friendly asphalt chip roads instead of the usual gravel, always available fresh, clean water that's kept at 52° (the temperature horses like best) during the winter, locked gate access, double fencing, large pastures for summer grazing, etc.

2009 Boarding Rates:

$200 per month* - Outdoor with run in and large turn out area
$385 per month* - Barn Stall with turn out, stall cleaning, bedding
$10 per month for tack storage, locked with 24/7 monitored alarm system
Additional services available upon request

*Monthly board includes up to four flakes of hay (or round bale access) per day. Additional feed (More Hay, Alfalfa, Grain, Etc.) is billed at the actual cost based on requested diet for each horse.
